I don't see Naruto taking Tobi's Rinnegan, I mean Naruto isn't like Sasuke where he wants power no matters what he does, Naruto has ideal and he won't stole an eye of someone...
Though, maybe at the end of the manga, he will defeat Sasuke and Sasuke will realize that Naruto was right since the beggining and will give him his Rinnegan if he has it.
