I think he will.. Might be another rampage, although recent suggestions say that he has came to a 'semi-truce' with the fox. But you can never rule out something staggering happening to Naruto, triggering that or even the fox pulling a fast one when Naruto is weakened.

The possibilities are vast, which is great. Either way it's gonna happen, we all know it!

They've been showing the Kyuubi warming up to Naruto, so it's pretty evident that it will happen soon...I wouldn't be surprised if it was how they won this fight.
