Wouldn't make sense for the Sharingan/Rinnegan not being capable of seeing in the dark ... if not that's funny.

Naruto has fought Pain momentarily inside of a Frog's mouth closed. So it's safe to assume any his forms added with SM or RM is capable of fighting in total darkness, or with his eyes closed.

I also forgot to add he fought with his eyes closed before in the War Arc as well, I think it was against a Jinchuriki and he relied on negative intent sensing.

Naruto has sage mode and can sense his opponents. Also his chakra mode emits light like Super Saiyan Auras. Naruto probably can illuminate any area he's in.
