The anime is so far behind.... I feel like the answer is obvious. Every filler puts a distance inbetween the manga and anime. And seeing how they come out at the same rate.... I think the last movie will be out before the anime reaches it at this point, not that it matters the movies are non cannon junk anyhow.

Probably. The anime is 56 chapters behind, as of the most recent episode "Something to Fill the Hole" and the most recent manga chapter "The Sharingan's..." Each episodes usually covers two to two and a half chapter. For instance, the most recent episode, "Something to Fill the Hole" covers chapters 630, 631, and up to the top panel of page 5 of chapter 632.
So assuming each episode covers two chapters, the anime should reach the manga's current point by January 08, 2015, as there will be a two-episode Mecha-Naruto special, and I believe both parts will air the same day, so will only lose a single week best case scenario.

The following is my approximate calculation to support my previous statements. Some chapters have either the beginning or end of the corresponding episode, as you see two episodes may include the same chapters. Example: Episode 372 includes all of Chapters 630 and 632, but only has the beginning of chapter 633, so the next episode will resume with the rest of it.
