I honestly don't know at this point. We need to see how double Kamui works with Kakashi and how much power he has behind that PS since it was just given to him. Too soon for me to say one over the other at this point but by feats, I'll have to say Sasuke. If Sasuke gets in that range, he can get in Susano'o in someway and he's been shown to have better reflexes than Kakashi so far.
