No, North Africa is all over the place, Ethiopia is in civil war, West Africa has terrorists kidnapping and killing people + ethnic tribal tensions, let's not forget warlords. Central Africa is meh:/ and South Africa is racist af. The current government had been vilify g the white man, trying to usurp their land etc, aids is vlose to 20% of the people. The same is true in Zimbabwe where all of this is worse. It seems like Tanzania and a few others are doing good overall. There is no chance, Africa is surpassing the developed countries.
