can't they use it silently? or just by thinking about it in their heads XD

You must focus on their lips and not how large the lettering of the jutsu name in manga.

It doesn't happen in every manga/anime, but that part is true that good guys always wins in the end....i want to read a manga where everyone dies in the end.... Lol.....good and bad guys every one.......or only bad guys remain in the end xd

You can compare it to a war cry to increase adrenaline in the battle. The only difference is you are not screaming like a wild warrior and making your guard drop. Saying the technique's name aloud is much better I guess.

1. for the viewers to know what move there is coming
2. for the HYPE
3. Sort of battle shout idk?
