Without making any facial expressions or uttering any words Jugram immediately channels his earth chakra into the ground below him. Immediately after the channeled chakra raises rocks and stones around his opponent. This earthen material binds his opponent's feet to the ground.

Immediately after binding his opponent Jugram throws a flash bomb from his ninja tool pouch. However as he planned the attack himself he was able to close his eyes in the instant just before the bomb detonated preventing himself from getting blinded.

With his opponent bound and blinded Jugram then swiftly and without delay forms the Rat → Dog → Ox handseals in quick succession and materializes a water whip that has its density increased through his shape manipulation, making it effectively solid. Without hesitation he immediately wraps the whip around his opponent's neck and tightens it quickly which causes his opponent to begin to choke.

Description: After the user performs a series of 3 hand seals Rat → Dog → Ox, the user creates a whip of water that can be used to strike the opponent with a lashing action or wrap around the target to bind them. This technique can also have lightning techniques channeled through when they have bound their victim with the water whip.

As his opponent choked, with his free hand Jugram withdrew 2 kunai from his ninja pouch on his leg. Both equipped with explosive tags. With the first he arc'd it with the proper angle required for it to almost appear as if it was raining down on his opponent from a 45 degree angle (although not a direct line as it is an arc). The second he threw directly at his opponent's exposed upper torso.
