Yeah if someone is posing as another member they will be banished from Narutobaseville. Just PM a mod (I suggest Cali or Lawliet) and tell them about it.
Mods, admins and gamahiros can look at the IP addresses and compare them. Gamahiros also have the ability to tell if an IP address is a proxy. So, if it really was you, you will get busted, and I will blackmail you.

Yup, don't make any cheap imitations of others, although, gama i think only the owner of this site(versuvio i believe) actually has the ability to detect ALL proxy ip's, as some are disguised better than others but he can still probably get around all that:
