Do the tailed beast have a bit of chakra from the sage

I ask this because whenever a person becomes the juubi's jinchuriki they get a staff that seems to represent their hearts. Like Obito received the Sun part of Hagoromo’s staff.

obito had the left rinnegan, madara had the right.

With both rinnegan it would make the full staff.

Kurama does have a special connection with the sage(as apparently the proper equation for meeting him is kurama ashura indra)

Why is everybody saying only Kurama has some of his chakra? Hagoromo created them using Yin and Yang (COAT), so they're all made of his chakra...
