What the hell is with all the math based logic threads recently? Attempting to pair logic through scientific numbers with a piece of fiction where the author makes the rules is the biggest waste of time a efforts. I've seen a thread once where someone tried to generate an accurate height of Madara's PS through pixel ratio and pixel scales based on multiple panels. Early today I read a thread about a guy who used sophisticated math equations to determine the "exact" length, hight and width of Madara's meteor in order to prove his point about the momentum of it destroying Hashirama's Shinsuusenju. One small little stroke of the pen on Kishi's part throws this type of logic out of whack. Its impossible to use something like math to determine events of something like a piece of fiction like Naruto.

I didnt "measure" it. I took given information and applited it the setting.

Minatos given height is 5 ft 8 inches. Take his height and estimate the amount of hims that would fill the length of the hole.

Basically if X=40, find the length of the __________

Unfortunately, something tells me that these drawings are somewhat blown out of proportion. For instance, this same scene in the naruto game does not even come close to showing the math here. The crater was not even that big.

Given the angle of the drawing, it's hard to apply math here. There are many other lurking variables that could have influenced your data.

In the end, it was a good effort but probably meaningless.

To be fair, at that point there is no proof he still has the spiral Zetsu armor which means he hit the Hashirama side of him.



OT: Or people could just realize that Rasengan is an ?A-Class? jutsu for a damn reason: it's always been a high damaging jutsu.... it just happens that its used so much people think "oh its just a 'normal' rasengan." It's a RASENGAN...

Very hypothetical and out of proportion. You have no idea about perspective, the surface it was done it, the overall force behind it, the per unit area to which it was used on etc etc. How did you even reach to that conclusion?

You do realise that perspective while drawing objects or surroundings make things look bigger or smaller than they usually are, right?

Also bringing math in the manga is idiotic.
Kishimoto does not think about such stuff while drawing this, heck as far as i know he was not even a that good of student.
