Do taijutsu users benefit the most from the creation of ninja tools?

from what i saw of teh manga so far, taijutsu cannot be replicated by ninja tech but pretty much everything else can.

taijutsu-focused users not only have teh benefit of not having their moves copied with tech but they can use tech to compensate for what they lack in other areas...speaking of taijutsu users i wonder if there will be tech to heal gai's leg either via a magic spray or with a prosthetic replacement>!>!>!>!>

Even if shes following trends or not, it would be cool to see a weapons specialists insight on the pros and cons of oldschool vs newschool, and tenten would be a perfect character to showcase growth through innovation
