Minato got his arm cutted by Juubito, and how can he solo the war alone?

That must be the reason why Kishi had to cut both of Minato's arms to continue his plan by giving Madara's other Rinengan.

Even though, you may know that's why Kishi also had to seperate Minato from the others by teleporting him to Konoha. Kishi was afraid that Minato would have ruined Madara's plan.

Then why did Kishi handicap Minato, but not Hiruzen, Tobirama and Hashirama when he got cutted both times against Juubi Jinchurikis, and why didn't Kishi let Hashirama, Hiruzen and Tobirama fight against Rikudo Madara?
