Do someone know why Kishi had to cut both of Minato's arm against Juubi twice?

kishi did not even bother showing any of his jutsu, orochimaru could have restored his arms, or even narujesus....after he was resurected and could perform miracles could have healed his arms.

Well, it doesn't make sense to me, because why didn't Madara beat Hashirama and Tobirama when he became the Juubi's Jinchruki, however after becoming the Juubi's Jinchuriki like twice again Minato had to face him and lost his arm both times. Rikudo Madara could just wipe out Tobirama's body and go retrieve his Rinengan back, then it does makes some sense.

Kishi might try to seperate Minato from Naruto, Kakashi and Sasuke, since maybe Minato was too good or Kishi just had to cut both of his arms to let Guy fight.

Indeed, with BM, KCM and SM along with his arms looks very OP and haxed, imo... Imagine FTG and Kurama combo with TBB.

i think if minato has both arms then he will mess up everything along with other hokages.tobirama & minato with their space time,hashi with his wood style,and 3rd with all 5 elements & neutralizer.when they fight alongside Naruto & sasuke that will make them even with kaguya.

Even though, you may know that's why Kishi also had to seperate Minato from the others by teleporting him to Konoha. Kishi was afraid that Minato would have ruined Madara's plan.
