Nope. Sasuke still has his Rinnegan and Naruto still has the chakra of all Bijuus.

Sasuke has his Rinegan, but Naruto looks normal again.

Becuase he deactivated his chakra mode. He was fighting for quite some time, and there is no reason to use it now.
