Do people think the juubi or juubi jins can run out of chakra?

Juubi Jin Chakra is not infinite, there's just too much to measure. Minato was in the same predicament when he was sealing kuruma away. Naruto just has a better capacity for sensing and the Juubi's chakra was too much for him (and even kuruma) to measure. The big difference between Kaguya and the Juubi jins is that both Obito and Madara already had massive chakra reserves of their own. They didn't really have to tap into juubi chakra, just the techs. Kaguya used Juubi chakra exclusively since her revival was only possible because of it. And remember, Kuruma can make more chakra while he rests and lend it to the jin, The juubi is part kuruma, so it is virtually impossible to run out of chakra unless the jin uses it frivolously. Just sayin'.

Kaguya took chakra from everyone in IT and had Madara's chakra...their attacks weren't as draining as hers, that was the difference.

OT: They can...Kaguya couldn't maintain her bone Jutsu due to running low on Chakra.

It was said she had more chakra than Madara and Juubi...

It all depends on...their Full capacity...the chakra cost for their techs...and the rate that they recover.

The only reason Kaguya was running low was because her Jutsu are the Most Chakra taxing techniques in the Manga. Madara and Obito don't really have any Techniques that would leave them running low on Chakra like Kaguya.
