It's hard to say tbh, he has next to no physical strength feats that I can recall. I'd put him slightly less than Jiraiya due to Jiraiya's naturally larger build, but of course physical appearance aren't everything so he could be stronger than Jiraiya.

For the Tobi one; Obito was trying to block the sword but didn't the Kunai. So, he could prepare himself for the sword strike, but he couldn't for the Kunai.
You are compairing Ay with at least 15 extra years of training. :| Before he wouldn't have dared try to survive Mabui's Teleportation Jutsu, but he did during the current time. That was meant to literally tear his body apart. I think that he could survive a Kunai now.
He did butter through Bee's tail, not going to deny that. Bee had also shown the ability to cut through his tentacle. It'd be the same imo as Bee wouldn't have been able to try and put up any kind of resistance to Minato's slice. He hadn't known that he was marked at that point. Unless I am mistaken; in which case disregard this.
Not much to argue with that bottom one. I guess that would put him above at least Jiraiya with physical strength.
As we've seen Chidori = Rasengan with no damage done to either party. Raiton Yaroi is basically Chidori armour. Rasengan would theoretically deflect and that is literally Minato's only Ninjutsu displayed to date (Hiraishin is Jikukan-Ninjutsu). :| Minato has no "raw power". Lol Unless you mean in the three-panel SM which isn't fit for combat?
just because a lightning armor negated a lightning attack, doesnt mean it negates any regular attack. or else the raikage wouldnt have gotten hurt during that fight with madara. not to mention bee saved the ay from one of minato's attacks(which split b's tentacle in half), why would he do that if it wouldnt have hurt ay?

Chidori negated the rasengan I said that theoretically the same thing should apply to the Lightning armour. I didn't state that it was factual and that's how it would go down. U_U
