Minato has to sense the chakra in his seals or something like that to teleport to them. As far as I know, Obito's closed dimension prevents anyone outside of it from sensing chakra that is in it.


Not that it matters since Obito would still have to travel outside of it to further his plans and as soon as that happens, "Oh, there's my seal."

Young Obito? Maybe, but even then, Young Obito won't fall for the same trick twice and S/T is generally needed against S/T users, so Minato's performance against Obito isn't an accurate representation of how strong Minato is. If you're referring to Adult Obito, Minato gets trashed.
