Yes, this is true. And of course it isnt considered "right"" or "moral" in terms of religion, ethnics, etc. I just want to know why do people feel obligated NOT to do things such as these, or in other words "sin".The only word that comes to mind is guilt. Why should you feel guilty towards human nature? towards instinct? Should a wolf feel guilty for killing a sheep?

reasoning... we have reasoning.. that's what makes us higher than animals... also, we live not just to satisfy our hunger, we also live to satisfy our emotional, mental needs....

as for the OP - if you are talking about the sins that were highlighted in the ten commandments, which i think you are, then i guess it is possible... but it would just be too hard...

Since I don't believe in the bible and therefore don't believe in the term sin, I can say I have been sin free for 20 years. The term is completely subjective. Whilst I don't believe in sin I still believe in right and wrong, but who am I to condemn someone for making mistakes.

This goes for all of us. Do people realize how arrogant and simple minded mankind has become? How can a human being tell another human being what they are doing is wrong? Or in other terms, "commiting sin". NO ONE, knows the truth about what is right or "morally correct", we only make assumptions and follow what we choose as that is our natural human given right due to free will, something that ALL human beings have. There is no specific law that depicts what morals and ethnics we as humans must follow. WE, choose who & what we believe in. What is seen as "sin" in one group of ethnics, culture, religion, etc, is seen by another as not being sin. The "sins" that most people try to prevent or "avoid", are inevitable in terms of committing them.

i agree on the thought that we dont have the right to judge people on what they do... we do not have any right on telling somebody that they are morally wrong or whatever...and i totally agree that what we consider sins personally are subjective...

on assumptions.. in a civilized society... we need to be guided by some orders.. not specifically the churches or the bible per se... let's just take the laws... laws are not perfect and so are humans who made it is not... but those are examples that people are trying to live a life of peace and are trying to do things that would not harm anyone... and no... sins are not inevitable... we have choices to make... if you sin that was your decision... another point is people do make assumptions on what is right and wrong because we have the capability to understand situations, events and actions that can hurt other people... that is why we assume cause we personally felt that some of it are hurting us...

not sinning is possible... but it was just too hard...

Depending on what you believe in. But I've heard people say a person getting born is sinning.

If you're going by the Biblical definition of 'sin', then certainly not. The biblical concept of sin was designed so that no human could ever live without sinning. That would ruin the point. The bible, like any well-thought out book of religion, endeavors to have its followers pursue an impossible goal. If the goal of never sinning were reachable, then the religion would fall apart. It's a system intentionally designed for you to fail. That's why there exists 'Reconciliation' - so that Man may weep at his failure to be a God, brush himself off, and stand up again, only to be knocked down to tears once more at the feet of God, the being behind that system. Personally, I'm not a fan.

As for the concept of sin in general, I think it's silly (I'm using a very soft word there >_>) for one to live one's life by an outdated code of morality. Certainly there are things that one just should not do - killing, for example. But why should one not have *** for the purpose of pleasure rather than procreation? Why should one refuse to experience certain pleasures in life if those pleasures cause harm to no one? If there is a God, I really don't think he would care if I looked at a picture of a beautiful woman and considered her to be beautiful.

On a religious level, there is no way you can avoid sinning unless you end up a miscarriage.

i found that a person can live free from sin by giving your all to god. but in these days alot of people do not want to do so. we have a choice, to live for god or continue sin with satan. What was the whole purpose of jesus coming down to earth in the first place if we are going to continue in sin we were cursed with since adam? Jesus came down with laws and commandments to follow from god and we cannot enter the kingdom of heaven unless we go through him. A person can live righteous but its going to be a battle because almost the whole world sin.

A person who announces that he has not done anything bad etc.
Even that is considered Sin.

I don't feel any need to sin. I just do it because it's fun.
Although, as I'm not religious, and never will be, I don't believe in sin.
