Oh. Dont' get me wrong , I super duper <3 NB. It's helping me and I'm learning a lot of things from this site. I've met lots of cool People. . When I'm on NB feels like I've open CNN, Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Youtube, on oNe Page=D.
It's just that, when Reality Bites.. . Versuvio, Rei, Zise, Caliburn and the mods cannot come out of the Computer Screen to help you.

I am still trying to explore this forum. but for the OP's question. I'd say 'No'. My sister loves the graphics central section. many cool signatures and avatars. theres nothing to be ashamed of, but for my age. Its not annoying but embarrasing
