Yes .... he does.... , if he had dual....gg a intangible PS is op. he can never be touched and he can warp anything into oblivion. How the **** do you stop that....
I think that's one of the most obvious and blatant plot restrictions in this manga. Kakashi didn't know he has intangibility untill he himself got hit with that ash bone and was about to die. Everything was alright when PS got hit, but as soon as Kakashi was also pierced, he then magically learned, and only then and not before, that he has intangibility.
technically it should.Kakashi already put kamui on his PS. Intangibility is just another aspect of kamui.
But even without that Dual kamui is still absurdly op.
With both eyes the:

and then you still have its basic functionality of long range warping, close range warping. and intangibility. Its one of few jutsu that in my mind sit on broken tier.

I always thought that was Kakashi just pretending that he couldn’t go intangible since Kaguya didn’t know about that ability, he wanted to hide it as his trump card until the last possible second to give kaguya as little time to react as possible
You are correct, kamui is just too OP.... And Obito having Hashirama's cells is most likely the reason his eye didn't go blind from overusage.
I wonder though why Madara couldn't keep the kamui power from Obito's let eye...After all, Sasuke kept his eyes' power after having his eyes replaced by Itachi's eyes.

Kakashi couldn’t initially use intangibility because Obito’s other eye had that ability. He had to obtain Obito’s other eye to use it, it wasn’t plot restriction.
