Indeed it is. He has many other songs with similar, raw and straight forwardish type of lyrics. If you really stop for a second to think...this is basically Rap music in a nutshell these days (what happened to the good old days) and this song degrades rappers, not women.
Because rappers have this messages in their lyrics and he makes fun of them and their lyrics.
