When I was about to begin watching Tokyo Revengers I noticed there was an "episode 0" that precedes "episode 1".
Do not watch episode zero.
Episode zero is a compressed mash-up of episode 1, 2 and 3 so it most likely will diminish your enjoyment of the anime. I was lucky and looked up whether I should watch episode 0 on google or not and avoided it completely. Now that I've watched episode 1, 2 and 3 I went back to check episode zero and can confirm it's a compilation of those 3.
