Ninjas use Chakra control on their feet to float on water. Maybe they use the same chakra control on their feet to resist cold, heat or rough surfaces.

I meant like fighting in snowy areas without getting sick or tanking acid without harming entire flesh burned away. Or fighting for two days without sleep... They can even breath in space

There's definitely strange things that come from fictional worlds. Like how fire doesn't effect them and attacks can blow apart trees but not human skin/flesh
