I think it's highly possible that they have heard of him. Especially if he is going to be the leader of the new team 7. Also I don't believe Naruto would treat Sasuke like the previous kage treated Itachi.

If anything, the new gen kids would acknowledge that Sarada's dad was the one who planned to kill 5 Kages and started Revolution, but FAILED since he couldn't defeat their Lord Seventh which caused them to hail Naruto as hero while Sasuke is forgotten.

I'm sure they heard of the Uchiha name since Itachi died honoring their achivements before the massacre. No point for them to disappear from history when they only died off a generation ago. Plus, a large part of the history of the five great nations involved enemies who were Uchiha.

So obviously they will be relevent for a short while. I'm not sure if they know of Sasuke, he probably keeps to the shadows, and I'm sure the K11 don't teach their kids about Sasuke. That would be weird.
