*Spoilers for the new chapter*
Are Naruto and Sasuke still just Indra and Ashura? I know it is stated by the Sage that they are the transmigration of Indra and Ashura, but I can't help but think that they might represent something else. I don't have any real proof or anything, but I just think the story is gearing more this way.
The reason I think this is because of how Madara just opened up his new eye. If I'm correct, that is the same eye Kaguya and the ten tails have. And there have been multiple theories on whether or not Kaguya has a connection of some sort to the ten tails. Then we have Hagoromo and his brother, who are stated as having fought the ten tails together (again there have been theories as to whether or not Kaguya was involved).
So I guess what I'm saying is, if Kaguya does end up playing some part or Madara has become as powerful as her (and therefore represents her role), then wouldn't Naruto and Sasuke represent Hagoromo and his brother instead of Indra and Ashura? Especially since Indra and Ashura together would be Hagoromo's level of power, and the Sage and his brother together would be Kaguya or the ten tails power? It just seems like having a representation of the grandchildren fighting the grandmother is a little off.
Oh, and I'm new here (been visiting the forums though for a while). So I guess this is my introduction, and like I said I have no proof, but I was wondering if any of you think the same? Oh, and if I have a fact wrong, then feel free to correct me. I'm not super thorough so if you guys think otherwise then go ahead.
