Do incarnations have different powers?

Were the powers if the incarnations all different levels of power?

MS Indra--> EMS Madara ---> EMS Sasuke... were their levels of powers different?

From what Black Zetsu said, it seems the incarnations before Sasuke were evil and never helped Ashura. This means Indra was most likely pure evil. Evil makes Sharingan stronger

Ashura--> Hashirama ---> Naruto.. were their levels of powers different?

I doubt Ashura had Bijuus or rasengan.

I would think so to a certain degree... But in some ways, I do believe that the levels of power gradually reduces generation by generation.

No they don't sasuke was already stated to eventually surpass madara only reason be hasn't is because madara is like what 35 primed and sasuke is 17-18. The incarnations happen randomly the powers given fluctuates and alternates from person to person. Naruto already by himself had large chakra he mastered rasengan faster, and sage mode (albeit the latter cause of the kyruubi's presence) and he did what jiriya couldn't he took on pain like a boss and beat down most of the paths save for one the deva by himself so it's hard to say as you can't compare it too much as the age difference between Naruto and hashi is big ssame as sasuje and madara but I believe the incarnations get stronger with each new one.
