I've tried joining 4 villages and I got rejected in all of them. U_U

So, do I need to write a bio on a character or something?

It depends on the head of the village. [Who decides which members are taken in] In most cases however, yes, an approved bio is required.

Pretty much. If you're in a village but you never RP, then the Kage will probably remove you from the village.

OP: Dude, your sig, do you like to be in a constant shit-storm?

Each village has its own requirements to join or be accepted. However, the villages are RPG groups thus you kind of need to be able to RP for which you need a bio. A village is not a social group to mingle around with other people about random stuff. Despite not always been remembered as such, the Villages are RPG Groups that fight and participate in an RPG Game: The Ninja World. Unless you are ready and willing to play, its unlikely you'll be accepted or that, if accepted, you'll stay there long. This said, it varies from village to village and each Kage (leader of the village) can choose to accept whomever he wants as long as said person applies and is able to join.
