Do I need college? I'm only going for an associates degree in business.. is it even going to benefit me if I want to work at a bank? Would the pay be any higher?

Having associate's degree won't make the pay higher,
but it will increase your chances in getting a job you want, it will look better for the employer

For banking yes it most certainly raises your chances of getting the job

Experience, employers foam at the mouth at that stuff. As long you have you have it, they will be willing to train you. Also, for banking, I think you need a lot of Customer Service or Retail experience.

It will help increases your chances of getting in. So yeah IMO, but you do whatever you like.

Not everyone needs college. You should honestly have a game plan together when it comes to that. Especially because an associates is kind of a glorified HS diploma. If I were you, I would try a BA or Masters.

But I am not you :/

Not trying to be mean, but it only gives you a minor boost.
