Do Hashirama and Tsunade/Sakura have same healing

How he heals is not my interest.Anyway that guy provided me scan where Madara said Tsunade has same ability as Hashirama only after he saw Tsuande healing from susanoo swords. So there is my answer.

Dont care then, bring actual feats. He does have an ability to heal himself, but we dont know in which mode and in what extent. Besides, Regeneration>healing.

We have no proof of the drawbacks of Hashirama doing it. If all we can prove the strength of his cells are why he shows less evidence of drawbacks.

He was seen fainting after it's use at the end of their battle like Tsunade has done so who's to say.

Yes, they are the same. The DB corroborates as well iirc. But based on how Hashi's cells were so OP in the series, i would agree with Tyeezy on Hashi's being superior.

The same is true for Hashi's jutsu since it requires cell divison to repair. You can't heal missing tissue except by rapid cell divison. It could be argued Hashi woul be able to endure more because he's an Ashura incarnate whereas they're not.

Hashirama can’t regenerate only recover, Tsunade can do both
