- he is cocky and rude even with the highest of marines

- he is called the young master

- he is living in a luxury city

- he is sending ppl over to punk hazzard like its right near by

- punk hazzard is right inside the new world

So here it is.....joker/ Do flamingo if from the holy city majoria and he is either a celestial dragon or one of their kids or at very list a rich man that lives there
