Dogs are the most loyal animals, they don't show emotions but they know them all too well.

They Love, They Can be Happy, They can be Sad, they have a sense of right and wrong.

They may be animals, but we are too. I believe that all animals have souls.

Especially dogs.

No, they don't. People =/= animals, as animals are purely physical, while people have a spiritual part as well, a soul. The Bible supports this claim, Gen. 1:26-28, and I'm sure other scriptures as well.

It depends on the definition of "soul." I interpret "soul" more as mind, in which case anything with a brain has one. Otherwise, I believe nothing, including humans, has a soul.
