Do animals in Naruto have chakra

Humans are animals.
Animals have the components to create chakra.
Chakra=spiritual+physical energy and every animals have those energies, not all animals know how to mix them into chakra.
The fact that IT even took the cats spiritual and physical energy to create chakra is the proof.
