More from previous experiences, haven´t been around that much especially now with it being summer and everything.
But you know, staff do stalk you depending on who you are.
But staff or not, i say one comment people may not like, look at my profile and there the same people viewing it so i have reason to believe i´m being stalked.O_O

This is false. Most of the Staff don't even have access to your Private Messages unless a specific message is reported.

Yeah see thats what i thought, the rules apply but there is only an issue if something is reported.

This is false. Most of the Staff don't even have access to your Private Messages unless a specific message is reported.

It's not false sveti, well you may be right about the blue mods but i said the staff, i didn't specify and i do get stalked on occasions...

Yubel I suggest you not speak about matters that you do not know about as everything you said is not true. And if you don't stop I'll consider it an insult to staff and ban you.

NB respects the privacy of its members so much that there has been past members banned because they attempted to disclose info. Your Private messages are just that-private. We can not view your messages. The only people who can see them are the admins and as all of you know they are barely active on NB to be bothered with every members pm's. Other then that no one else is able to access them. The only time the s'mods can see pm's is when they get reported to us. As for the Op's question, forum rules apply everywhere on the forum. Obviously some rules cannot work on Pm's like double posting or one word replies.

All in all you can pretty much talk what you like in pm's just keep in mind that the person you are talking to may take offense and report you.

Well, in my experience i have been warned and infracted on pm and i don´t exactly remember but i´ve also been warned in vm when i´ve had flamewars in pm, all that lead me to believe that mods can see pm´s so i admit i was wrong about that.
The stalking thing is also something that happens so it´s not my fault i get suspicious, i have better things to do then sit here lying about stuff so yeah..

It's been explained quite a few times on this thread that you recieve infractions for PMs ONLY IF YOU ARE REPORTED. I swear to God... And no one cares so much about you that they would start to stalk you. Stop inventing sh*t.
