[Discussion] Do all giants come from Elbaf?

I just watched the marineford theme song earlier (for the fun of it) and then I saw there was actually some marine officers who were giants. Now giants are portrayed throughout the series to have come from Elbaf but giants like Saul , Oz and these marineford giants don't resemble most Elbaf giants but they are giants.

So I wondered , if these guys don't come from Elbaf where the hell do they come from? I'm pretty sure they not over sized humans , that would just be a ridiculous exaggeration.

Yes it does, they all came from elbaf, probably. They have a preety cheeky rules in elbaf.
