Kenshin enters the newly prepared room that projected a certain air of dark intent, something not akin to the other rooms in the hospital. Already knowing what he was summoned here to do, Kenshin first visually inspects the room while cleansing himself with aggressive medical chakra. Looks like you've been... busy. He calmly states as he approached Kabuto, before proceeding to clean the patient's body using a less-aggressive medical chakra.
As Kenshin reaches out to collect the DNA sample vials on the nearby table with his right hand, he channels a unique anaesthetising chakra into his left hand and; almost in a nonchalant fashion, creates a chakra-based snake that bites Kabuto, sedating him for the procedure to come. Now, I've only read about this procedure in the past and never actually performed it myself... but you're probably asleep now...
The sedation had taken effect, now the real work could begin...
Through inexperience and great care taken not to destroy the samples or harm Kabuto, Kenshin spent a great deal of time implanting the DNA, using precise pulses of chakra to alter the DNA strands directly.
After some time, Kenshin cleaned up and quietly left, Kabuto still under sedation, but on the tail end of it. On the patients chart listed the bed-rest instructions. Stay resting for two-days, followed up by a further day of minimal activity. On the fourth day, you can attempt to use the abilities granted to you by the new DNA.

Description: The user will charge a special chakra into one of his hands manifesting it as an ethereal pure chakra familiar, resembling a snake. It will then bite the patient, injecting a special chakra into his chakra flow. This chakra has a specific frequency designed to render a patient unconscious. The effect takes some time to establish and the patient needs to be still for it to be successful but is very useful to perform surgery, suturing wounds, setting bones straight, etc as it effectively sedates the patient and acts as a general anesthesia. The difference between this technique and normal anesthesia is that it lasts less and, if the target is resisting the medical treatment may prove impossible to use as he can use a variety of techniques to prevent the chakra from sedating him. While it can be used in battle, its almost impossible to do so because of the time it takes for the sedation to work and the need for the connection to remain intact until it does work.
