The problem here is that the test never stated how it was resulted, the genes were just a match.

It never said 50/50, or 100/100.

Kishi is literally just scratching the surface of genetics. DNA testing is a tad more complex so to say because there are a bunch of ways for a lab tech to conduct and analyze one.

Also, the photo you used shows the result of gel electrophoresis. Whatever method/program Suigetsu used to analyze Sarada's + Karin's DNA, it's def not one. The machine simply said "MATCH" whereas for gel electrophoresis, it prints out something similar to the photo you used and has to be analyzed to see if there are DNA matches.

Kishi does not have a lot of time to go that direction when he only has about 8 chapters to wrap things up.
