OT:well most pratagonist are completely useless without the DNA thing,you see sasuke and madara without their brother's eyes would have been either with 3T sharingan or blind,obito and madara without hashi's DNA would both be dead,same for kabuto without the DNA he stole he's completely worthless,it's just kishi's way to empower the villains or else the manga would have been over a long time ago

Well Naruto is because of the Nine Tails (Not DNA) and he had to live all his life with it and build bonds.
Sasuke doesn't have anyone's DNA except maybe for Itachi but it's part of a natural evolution (EMS).

Yeah it is getting pretty annoyinh, there's gotta be some kind of limit though I mean how many people can withstand that kind of full biological transformation and how many people can do a procedure like that properly, I mean the only truly successful DNA mixes were made by Kabuto and Madara; because Danzo's messed up and he couldn't control it, Kakashi can't fully control his sharingan because he can't turn it on and off, Kabuto Orochimarufied himself and added lots of other people, Kabuto mixed Edo Madara with Hashirama, Madara mixed Obito with Hashirama... So as far as we know we've had Obito, Danzo, Kakashi, Edo Madara, Kabuto have mixed DNA its not that bad... I think its just annoying that people bring it up so much.
