I'm still yet to see how Naruto wins. I know Sasuke and Madara can beat him due to their arsenal. Naruto is a bit different.

Anyways, Naruto should be able to force obito to use kamui arrows in which case he sends clones into kamui dimension and GG.

If Obito does not use kamui(portal) and only uses kamui(phase shift) he could win.

Kamui's speed doesn't change with Rikudou Chakra, just like Amaterasu.
