Lol, Obito can't even replicate Kakashi's feats w/o Rikudo's Chakra. All he has is another Kamui. He gets shat on. He wins in scenario 2 though, since he has the chakra he took from Madara, thus he can replicate Kakashi's feats, and Madara can't take out a Rikudo Chakra enhanced Susanoo w/ his normal Susanoo.

DMS Obito with Susanoo doesn't actually exist without SP's chakra. I was under the impression all the chakra did was enhanced DMS and Susanoo. But that would also implicate the same thing for RSM/Rinnegan and BSM/EMS feats. Obito gets taken down badly in S1.

But Obito pretty much screws Madara over in S2. Absolutely no way Madara is winning that considering Kakashi's PS feats against a powered up Kaguya. With those chakra, Kbito can replicate those same abilities and destroys him.

Obito shits both scene's. DMS Kamui speed is to much Ps just makes this a stomp.

OBITO DMS Isn't Impressive if he's fighting Minato or Tobirama because they can teleport. Sasuke would 1 shot DMS OBITO because he can go past and into his Kamui without him knowing like he did before.. Any Slow or large characters like kaguya monster looses.

Obito needs rikudou chakra in order to replicate kakashi's PS. W/ that being said rinnegan madara wins S1 high diff because limbo is literally the perfect counter to kamui.

S2 Goes to obito though since he can create his PS under those conditions.

Insta kamui snipe to head. You do realize that without plot this is the most logical answer....when we already have the manga feats of the speed of kamui, wraping sasuske from inside jinton and teleporting out without even being detected by Karin or anyone else.

Plot is the only restriction on DMS Obito, without it i don't think its possible to beat him.

also without Intel, Madara has literally no chance, he likes to taunt and prolong the fight like he did with guy and got trashed but there is no fooling around with kamui, its an instant K.O
