Obito has way larger stamina pool that what was given to kakashi.
Obito has actual eye balls that can sacrifice for izanagi.
Obito has healing and can tank even raikiri via zetsu cells.
Obito has sensory skills that kakashi doesnt.
Obito has plus some.

In fact the fight is as simple as Obito just warps away, changes location and already knows where to snipe, kakashi cant sense him and gets neg diffed.

I see your point, but I read a theory that said Obito transferred all of his chakra to Kakashi, so Kakashi has all of his chakra + Obito's chakra. Obito on the other hand only has his own chakra, so Kakashi has more overall chakra.

I didn't really agree. IMO Obito transferred only a bit of his chakra to Kakashi, and if this is true then you're right Obito would win.

Kakashi only pulled PS that didnt last long, 4 shurikens, 1 raikiri, intangibility for few sec, and 1 small snipe.

Obito has fought for days and controlled bijus and then even juubi along with massive katon and outlasted naruto not once.
