Kamui Raikiri uses both functions of Kamui; the pierced body part is sent to the other dimension.

That doesn't change the fact that the Raikiri itself is still just a Raikiri with Kamui's abilities imbued into it.

Kaguya did see it. Notice how there was a "?!?" Or something like that above her head? I guess she thought she could've absorbed the raikiri. I mean if you can absorb jutsu with body contact would u move out of the way?

I think she was just surprised because of how fast Kakashi came.

Did you even read my compelte post?How do you expect Kakashi to even use Lightning Cable without Sharingan?Lol Face it.He is pretty much useless without Sharingan as he mostly relied on it for his jutsus.He is smarter and has more experience than Sakura but unfortunately lacks the grunt ot pull of a victory.I specifically said I meant "the version of Kakashi without Sharingan" which is Hokage Kakashi

I Agree that DMS Kakashi is one of the most powerful characters in the manga but he's still bellow these characters with reasons bellow:

Madara/Kaguya:

obviously any damage is easily regenerated and since he's Immortal from absorbing the tree then no damage should kill him. kakashi's best bet is trying to trap madara in kamui land and since the normal kamui can be easily avoided with his speed it's nothing and a simple katon can make short work out of kamui shuriken since he has the sharingan he can pin-point where the kamui shurikens would be heading and counter them easily.

madara' could easily use IT and trap kakashi in it since he does not have the rinnegan aka the only defense against a genjutsu from the rinnegan.

Naruto:

he can dodge anything with his speed and block with his avatar plus clones to protect him and he can even send clones to kamui land and have them deal with kakashi whenever he phases.


Sasuke:

His shurikens can be easily repelled with deva path gravity and enton projictiles(also having black flames sent to kamui land whould render his phasing useless since it'll keep burning there also it's note worthy that everything sent to kamui land appears on the same area his body parts are in when he phases) and since kamui raikiri needs one of his arms to exist in this dimension then it's easily effected by deva path and enton.

sasuke can easily trap kakashi's susanoo inside CT and suck him dry from chakra also he can just use Genjutsu: Rinnegan and trap hims inside his genjutsu and just to note:

1-sasuke's genjutsu: rinnegan does not need eye contact since it put the bijuu's who were behind in genjutsu plus the bijuu where already in a great height and distance from his eye so this further supports this.

2-hagoromo noted it's speed when he said it only took him a glance to control them.

3-kakashi has no defense to it and if you're going to say obito inside him can free him from it keep in mind that only the rinnegan can disable rinnegan genjutsu since minato already tried to free IT victims to no avail also the bijuu's needed sasuke to free them even tho they had contact with naruto and pain can't stop the genjutsu either since the bijuu's where stoned with boulders form CT and also fell from a great height when naruto and sasuke fought so it's completely unescapeable for kakashi.
