DMS Kakashi's Kamui Raikiri is OP

The largest flaw here is that it's impossible to make his entire body except for his hand intangible. Kamui works by detecting any unwanted collision on any wanted bodies. That's how it's possible to allow touching of the ground, clothing, and how Obito got Sasuke out of the particle style.

Kamui Raikiri works by using his chakra in his hand as the vertex point instead of his eye. His entire body had to be in the original dimension to connect with Kaguya. That's why he only got her arm, as he couldn't just phase while only his hand is there.

yes if lee starts with the gates activated, but otherwise Kakashi can go underground and lee won't be able to track him.
A raiton clone is send outside and lee attacks him with taijutsu which is a sure paralyzation, which leads to a victory for Kakashi.

He needs the Sharingan only when he uses Raikiri to dash against an opponent that could be able to counter. When the opponent is paralyzed or trapped or distracted he doesn't need the Sharingan, and with opponents that are too slow compared to him he doesn't need too. Also he can use Raikiri extended with the Raiju Tsuiga, or spam Raikiri kunai that pierce giant rocks like butter. Or use Rasengan.

Sharinganless Kakashi is still a strong mother****er. Speed, smartness, versatility, 1000 jutsu, clones mastery, Raiton mastery, skilled taijutsu. And there's the new jutsu, Raiton: Shiden.

I see no reason why a Kage bunhsin shouldn't use raiden and raikiri.
Kakashi is able to run at high speed, but it doesn't matter whether the clone sees the counter or not, its just a clone who will vanish in the worst case.
In best case the opponent isn't able to react or counter due to being to slow (like the most of k11)
In addition to that he can open the 1 gate to increase his speed

Except Kamui Raikiri isn't Kamui. It's Raikiri w/ Rikudo's Chakra amping it up. Kamui only comes into play by making Kakashi intangible.

So yes, Preta can absorb it.
