Honestly,It could go either way but i'll go with naruto as naruto has got more things in arsenal than kakashi.

Naruto is far stronger and faster then his Sensei, both him and Sasuke can beat Kakashi one on one, Kakashi's main weapon will be his intangibility but Naruto has fought an intangible in Obito before, to think he won't have experience in this would be silly.
