DMS Kakashi is one of the strongest ninja that has appeared in Naruto, there is a reason why it was so limited.

Kamui is broken and with DMS and the perfect Susanoo he his pretty much unmatched.

Dont get me wrong Nagato in terms of average or above average ninja he is really really powerful.
For example Madara, Hashirama, (DMS Kakashi), Naruto, Sasuke and kaguya are all on a somewhat god tier level. (Its not normal or even realistic in the world to be that strong).

If you eliminate the GOD tier (witch is a stupid power scale) then ninja like Itachi, Nagato, the Kages and so on get there rightful place as powerful. So Nagato is really really strong but you cant compare the GOD tier to the S-Class level.
(I really hate the scaling of naruto) Rant OVER.... Sorr ahahaha

OT: DMS Kakashi is the single most powerful thing ever appeared in the manga. I know Nagato's power limitations, but he isn't taking on DMS Kakashi. Give Nagato RSM Naruto and Rinnegan Sasuke, and Kakashi still wins. Nagato is weaker than RSM Naruto by a small margin, but much stronger than Hashirama, Madara and Sasuke. Kakashi is stronger than Kaguya as shown. Double Kamui with PS is the most hax thing imagination can tap into.

Cant nagato use gedo dragon and keep absorbing the soul of kakashi? Which is in turn, the Susano O's soul as the Susano O " consumes the user" referring to absorbing lifeforce.... but once he brings out kamui raikiri because it's spiritual attack + life energy attack, I dont think he stands much chance... but he could handle kamui shuriken alone which is just a life energy made attack. He stands a chance if he goes preta protection all the time during the fight, all the while using gedo dragon and and asura path to outlast kakashi, by making him deplete his lifeforce by continuously absorbing his attacks. Kamui raikiri being a spiritual attack which he cannot absorb is the the end of him though.
