Kakashi wins no diff, he is far stronger. His Susanoo is probably more powerful, as it can fly as Rinnegan Sasuke's can while EMS cannot. On top of this, Kakashi has Kamui GG, all Obito's Kamui powers, double Kamui teleporting and is a lot smarter, he is better physically and more versatile... LoL.
