I wonder what would happen if kakashi/obito with intangibility activated tried to punch obito/kakashi with intangibility activated ?I think his punch would land .

DMS Kakashi edges out unless DMS Obito possesses Rikudou Chakra in which case, they should roughly be equals with Kakashi being superior due to being more strategic and more versatile.

It's almost exactly the same power, the only difference is Kakashi's DMS power is only temporary while Obito's doesn't have a time limit since he's the original owner of the eyes :bdpf:

So they duke it out for a while... and Kakashi might be smarter and a little more versatile with Kamui Raikiri... but once he goes back to base Obito clowns him.
