Sasuke's entire arsenal is all but useless to Kamui's intangibility. All Kakashi needs to do is phase through everything Sasuke throws, and gets in close-range to perform Kamui-Raikiri, which Sasuke's S/T doesn't save from as Kaguya couldn't save herself. Same applies to Naruto.
