It lasted some minutes only because Obito left Kakashis body as he had no reason to remain there after they defeated Kaguya.
While he has Obitos chakra he can handle the sharingans easiliy as he did. He got tired only after Obito had left.
He can't cause Kakashi can negate long range kamui as i already mentioned.

I beg to disagree.

Kakashi has problems in handling Obito's power, we can witness it when sakura had to hold him after Obito left.

In essence its like jinchuriky + bijuu synergy, limited by time rather then stamina.

1. Not the same.

2. Kakashi has Obito's Chakra in him. DMS Kakashi is Obito's Chakra+Kakashi's Chakra, so he has more chakra than Obito by default.

3. Izanagi isn't going to let Obito beat Kakashi, it only prolongs the fight, which is bad for him since Kakashi has more chakra.

DMS kakashi was stronger than DMS obito because obito was weakened and was gonna die eventually. However, if obito had been healthy he would have been stronger than DMS kakashi because the eyes belong to him and he has greater stamina than kakashi
