Scenario 2 is too unbalanced, they just need to touch madara to seal him.

kakashi and madara would win.

madara drops his meteor shower on both of them. kakashis kamui shuriken intercept any bijudama that naruto throws and sasuke cant take out the meteor shower by himself. kakashi then turns intangible before the meteors hit and he survives while naruto and sasuke get flattened.

I wouldn't say non factor. But his influence in this battle would be more like a distraction, just a pawn to bother naruto or sasuke a bit so Madara can actually inflict some damage.

Madara and Kakashi win mid diff .all BD gets warped away with kamui shrukens ,if Naruto decided to charge flash TTB ,kakashi can make it collapse and explode at naruto by warping a big part of it via long range kamui .with enough distraction,that madara can serve here,kakashi can rip thier avatars off by kamui snipe or even bypass the said avatars and snipe them ,and as the sage said ,madara can create his rain drops or even concentrate it at one ,with kakashi warping naruto projectiles ,this meteors/meteor would crush them badly .
